Pitchtraining - Ready for Take-Off

Purpose

The aim of the training is to teach you to formulate your talents and challenges in a positive and powerful way. This is done by asking four questions: who am I, what can I do, what do I want and what do I need to achieve it? During the training you will work this out in the form of a pitch and practice your pitch for each other and for an employer! After completing the basic training, you will be fully prepared to give a pitch and will be able to optimally position and present yourself with your personal story (in the form of a pitch).

After that, we offer two customised ‘choice’ workshops. You can choose from several workshops, for instance on networking or mental resilience. Then we plan a number of moments when you can give your pitch in front of small groups, for example within Fontys or to the Fontys (business) network. You will receive a compensation for this.

After following the training courses and giving pitches, we organise a closing meeting for the group. We will hand out official Europass and Social Service certificates. We will also schedule a final evaluation moment with all students and the trainers at the end of the course. In this meeting, we will look back: Where are you now in relation to your goal? Did your expectations of the Realists Academy come true and what did it bring you personally?
