Workshop Your Career, Your Story

Purpose

Are you ready to discover your unique story and turn it into a meaningful career? ‘Your Career, Your Story’ helps you understand who you are, what drives you, and how you can use your own unique life story to give direction to your career.

This workshop offers you not just a set path to success, but the freedom to shape your career story in your own way. Together, we explore how your experiences, values and personal preferences can help you chart your own course.

Do you know the difference between people who are clear about why they do what they do, and those who are less clear? Watch this video by Mike Morenz, and discover your own ‘hood version’.

This interactive workshop will focus on the following questions:

  • What unique experiences have shaped your narrative?
  • What are your most important values, and how can these guide your career?
  • Which work environment best fits your personal story and ambitions?
  • How can your unique story point the way to a suitable and sustainable career?

Using a science-based method, the Career Construction Interview (CCI), we explore how you can construct your own story and use it to shape your career in a personal, authentic way. This gives you the space to allocate your story the way you want it - differently, and with complete freedom.

What can you expect?

  • Based on your own story: It is not about a standard approach, but about creating a career that fits your unique life story.
  • Career reflection: Discover how your personal experiences and values can guide your career. You not only learn more about yourself, but also how you can translate this knowledge into career choices.
  • Room for individual interpretation: You get the freedom to use your career story as you wish - whether you are ready for the next step or still want to reflect on where you want to go.
  • Small groups: With a maximum of 6 participants, there is room for personal attention and guidance.
