The aim of the training is to teach you to formulate your talents and challenges in a positive and powerful way. This is done by asking four questions: who am I, what can I do, what do I want and what do I need to achieve it? During the training you will develop this into a pitch and practise your pitch for each other and for an employer! After completing the basic training, you will be fully prepared to give a pitch and will be able to optimally position and present yourself with your personal story (in the form of a pitch).
You will set to work with your own goal. This could be, for example, learning to present better, learning to manage my energy balance better or tackling the image of young people with a challenge or support need. After completing the basic training, you will be fully prepared to give a pitch and you will know how to best position and present yourself with your personal story (in the form of a pitch).
After that, we offer two customised ‘elective workshops’. You can choose from various workshops, for example in the areas of networking or mental resilience. We then schedule a number of times when you can give your pitch to small groups, for example within Fontys or to Fontys' (business) network. You will receive compensation for this.
After you have completed the training and given your pitches, we will organise a final meeting for the group. We will hand out official Europass and Community Service certificates. At the end of the programme, we will also schedule a final evaluation with all the students and the trainers. This meeting will be a review: Where are you now in relation to your goal? Have your expectations of the Realists Academy been met and what has it brought you personally?
After this training, aftercare will be available, and there is the possibility of forming a network group.
